Here's how this works...

At this time, no further sites are being authorized to archive my stories.  I apologize for this, but things are changing and there's a very real possibility that all of my fanfiction is going to be removed from the Internet in the near future.

To request access to my files, and thus to receive permission to archive my works on your site, you must do three things:

• Give me the URL of your site so that I can see it.
  
  
• Agree to the terms below.
  
  
• If you wish access to my adult fics, you must provide your age and birthdate.

Here are the terms you agree to, in order to archive my works:

• You will use the provided headers, including story and/or chapter synopses, on your site.  It is your choice as to whether you use chapter-by-chapter summaries or a whole-story summary, but you have to use my summary or summaries.
  
  
• R- and NC-17-rated fiction must have suitable warnings on it, and/or be placed behind a barricade of some kind.  Some kind of genuine effort must be made to warn underage readers away from it.  Additionally, in order to archive R- and NC-17-rated fiction, you must be 18 years of age or older, and must state this in your access request.  If you do not, you will only be given permission and access to archive my G- to PG-13-rated works.
  
  
• You will not change the ratings and/or content warnings specified in my headers, in conjunction with the story, except as specified:  The content warnings may be reworded to suit your site's norm, but all warnings must be present in some form.  Ratings may only be changed if you use a completely different rating system on your site, but must be changed to a truly comparable rating.  For example, NC-17 fiction, in the English rating system, would not be a "15" but an "18."  This is not negotiable.  You absolutely cannot archive "Apprentice" as an R or PG-13 (as an example).
  
  
• You will archive the stories as they are, without making changes to the text unless you have discussed said changes with me, and I have authorized them.  This includes apparent spelling errors.  There was one case of a webmistress mistaking the correct spelling of the word "beatify" as a typo, and changing it to "beautify," which totally ruined what the character was trying to say.  So don't assume that a word is wrong just because you don't recognize it.  And if you do find a typo, I want to know about it so that everybody's copies can be corrected.
  
  
• You must be willing and able to make changes, corrections, and updates to the stories and chapters you have archived, as needed, in a timely manner.  Should you become unwilling or unable to do so, I ask that you remove the stories and provide your readers a link to my archives here on this site.
  
  
• You may not pass these files on to anyone else, for use on another website.  You are welcome to share these files with people who assist you in your archiving, but anyone wishing to archive it on a new site must come to me and agree to these rules.
  
  
• You will have disclaimers on the stories, or on an overall page on your site, to shield both of us from legal liability.
  
  
• You will not ask for money in exchange for access to my works.  Ever.  Neither of us can accept a single penny for my fanfiction stories without engaging in criminal copyright infringement.
  
  
• You take all responsibility for whether the materials you choose to archive are within the Terms of Service of your Internet Service Provider.

Please post your access request in this forum.  I will give you access as quickly as possible, as long as all terms are met.
